How-to guide

View and filter your ratings

Find individual feedback, narrow the rating list, and understand which filters affect the chart.

For: All Hively users

Find the right view

Use My Ratings for your own feedback, All Ratings for the feedback available to your role, and Leaderboard for member summaries.

From a member’s summary, select their name or Actions → Show Details where available. Access depends on your role and your account’s member visibility settings. A link in an email does not grant additional access.

Rating details can include the rating, points, date, comments or other responses, and contact information supplied by the customer. Missing contact details may appear as anonymous; they cannot be recovered simply by changing a filter.

Choose a period

Select Last 7 days, Last 30 days or All time. These period choices are available on free as well as paid accounts; paid reporting is a separate feature.

The All Ratings chart groups recent periods by day and All time by month. Dates use the account timezone. Check the selected period again after moving between views because Hively remembers your preference.

Filter the rating list

Select Filter Ratings, set the criteria you need, then choose Go.

  • Rater Email/Domain: enter an email address or domain such as example.com to match supplied customer email information.
  • Team and Team Member: narrow All Ratings where those controls are available.
  • Comments/Details: show feedback with comments or other detail responses. A name or email alone does not qualify as additional detail.
  • Ratings: use the WOW, Happy, Satisfied and Unhappy icons to choose the types to include. WOW has its own filter; keep it enabled if you want all positive feedback.

Use Clear Filter to remove list filters. If nothing appears, broaden the period and clear filters before assuming feedback is missing.

Read the chart separately

The All Ratings chart follows the selected period and account/team context. Customer-email, individual-member, rating-type and detail filters narrow the list, but do not narrow the chart above it.

The summary on a member’s page also describes that member’s selected period, rather than only the rows left by every list filter. For precise filtered totals, use a saved report.

Read Happiness % and benchmarks for the chart’s measures, and download scope before exporting a filtered view.
