Currently, each team members can only see the summary scores and % of rating types of other team members on the leaderboard page and via email. However, they can not see the details of the customer ratings on each team members page. Only team leaders can view this data.
The core concept of Hively is to bring full customer service transparency into the work environment. In this way, everyone builds a sense of togetherness for working toward delivering the best customer service they can. This creates a culture of customer service excellence. It also helps each team member to gauge their performance by measuring against others on their team.
As a team leader, it also provides you the ability to reward your team members. Many companies use the ‘Top Score’ position to deliver incentives such as movie tickets, dinners, iPods, etc. You can view this position on a weekly, monthly or all time basis.
