Choose a widget
Account administrators can open Configuration → Sharing Tools to find the CSAT banner, side and user widgets. The banner and side styles show account results; the user style is for an individual member.
The account widget calculates its score from the last 90 days. The user widget uses the member’s all-time figures. These can differ from a filtered Ratings page or a report using another period. Preview quotes on the setup screen can be examples; inspect the installed widget to see the live result.
Add it to your website
Select Get widget under the style you want. Copy the complete code into an HTML area of your website that permits scripts. For a user widget, copy the code for the intended member.
Ask your website administrator to install it if you do not manage the site. Website builders may remove scripts from ordinary text blocks. Test on a page you can preview, including a narrow screen, before publishing it broadly.
Select a quote
Enable Sharing Tools to offer the sharing-permission option on eligible new customer ratings. Review the actual feedback and the customer’s permission before featuring it; enabling the tool is not a substitute for that review.
Open the rating’s menu on My Ratings or All Ratings, choose Feature rating, select the account or user widget option offered to you, then select Update. Account-widget selection is an administrator control. Several featured quotes can rotate between visits; without a featured quote the widget can still show a score.
Review the quote and the displayed customer name before publishing. Do not include confidential information merely because it appears in a positive rating.
Remove a quote or stop displaying the widget
Reopen Feature rating, clear the relevant account/user selections and update. Check the live widget again. To stop displaying the widget on your own website, remove its embed code there.
Disable sharing tools stops widget output and stops asking for permission on new feedback. Existing selections are retained: they can appear again if you re-enable sharing and the feedback is still eligible. Clear a selection if you want it removed permanently from that widget.
A customer’s withdrawal of sharing permission removes their quote from the live widgets even if it was previously selected. Deleted or unpublished feedback and feedback for inactive members or accounts are also excluded. You can clear old selections through Feature rating after permission is withdrawn.
Wow Wall has its own enable/disable control. Individual public rating links remain available while the feedback has permission and is published, even if widgets are disabled. Search caches, screenshots and copies on other sites are separate from live Hively output. Contact support if you need help reviewing public visibility.
For the older full-page display, see Wow Wall. For sharing an individual rating link, see social sharing.
