What the wall shows
The Wow Wall is Hively’s older full-page public display. It combines account branding, customer-rating summaries, active member profiles and public WOW feedback. It is different from a website widget that rotates only the quotes you have marked as featured.
Review the whole page before sharing its address. Enabling the wall can expose member information and eligible existing feedback, not just a newly selected testimonial. Buzz is internal recognition and is not the wall’s customer-WOW feed.
Open the controls
As an account administrator, open Configuration → Sharing Tools and find Wow Wall. Use Enable Wow Wall if you want to make the page available, then View Wow Wall to review it.
Update your account logo, description/tagline and website information through Account → Profile. Check the public page while signed out so that you see what visitors see.
Choose the right display
Use website widgets when you want a compact score and deliberately featured quotes on an existing site. Use a Wow Wall only when its broader full-page content is appropriate for your account.
The wall and widgets have different selection rules and controls. Featuring a quote in a widget does not control the wall’s feedback list, and disabling the wall does not remove a widget from your website.
Disable a wall
Return to the Wow Wall section of Sharing Tools, choose Disable Wow Wall and confirm. Check the old address while signed out. Remove links or embeds from sites you manage, and contact support if the page is still accessible or you need help reviewing older public links.
Disabling the live wall cannot erase screenshots or copies previously taken by visitors.
