How-to guide

Find invoices and update billing contacts

Download an invoice, understand the Account History list and choose who receives billing emails.

For: Account administrators

Find and download an invoice

Sign in as an account administrator and open Account → Account History. Select an invoice’s PDF link to open or download it.

The list shows the effective date, total, tax amount and recorded status. Use the page controls for older entries. It includes non-zero invoices recorded as Open or Paid; it is not a complete log of every account action or every billing record.

If an invoice is missing or its download fails, contact support with the approximate billing period and account name. For an invoice question, include its number rather than sending card details. A manually invoiced account may need a separately issued invoice from support.

Choose invoice email recipients

On Account → Profile, paid-plan administrators can edit Billing contacts, using commas between email addresses, then select Update.

These are invoice recipients; they do not need Hively user accounts. Check the addresses carefully before saving. Receiving billing email does not grant someone access to Account History or administration settings.

If the billing fields are unavailable, contact support. Invoice emails still depend on address validity, email preferences and delivery checks. See Missing Hively emails if an expected message does not arrive.

Update billing details

The same Profile section provides Billing company name and Additional billing details, for information such as a company identifier or purchase-order reference.

Save with Update and ask support if you need a correction to an already issued invoice. Do not assume a profile edit creates a credit, changes the amount charged or supplies a legally corrected replacement invoice.

Check a payment question

Account History shows Hively’s recorded invoice status. If it differs from your payment records, contact support before paying again.

Use Payment options for card versus arranged invoicing, and Update your payment card to change a saved card.
