Check the current program
Hively’s referral program page explains eligibility, commissions, payment thresholds and the current terms.
Read that page before making an offer to someone else. A referral is subject to the program’s conditions; sharing a link or seeing a new signup is not by itself confirmation of a qualifying referral or a payment.
Copy your personal link
Open Users → My settings and find Your referral link.
Copy the complete link, including the part after the question mark, so its referral information is retained. If the link is missing, contact support. Do not substitute another member’s link.
Check payout details or ask about a referral
The same Settings page has Paypal email for referral payouts. Check the address and save any change with Update general settings.
Saving an address does not confirm a payout or change the program’s eligibility rules. For a missing referral or payment question, email support@teamhively.com with your Hively account email and a brief description. Do not send payment-account passwords or unnecessary information about the referred organisation.
