Workspace Email has been retired
The old Hively article described GoDaddy Workspace Email. GoDaddy’s current documentation confirms that Workspace Email has been retired.
See GoDaddy’s retirement reference and its explanation of the move to Microsoft 365. The old Workspace menus are no longer a useful setup path.
Use the guide for your current email app
Your current email app determines where you add the Hively signature.
- For Microsoft 365 in Outlook or Outlook on the web, follow the Outlook guide.
- For Mail on a Mac, follow the Apple Mail guide.
- For another provider or a text-only editor, start with your personal rating link.
Copy the snippet for the person being rated, keep your existing contact details, and check a received sample after installation. A move between email services does not automatically install your Hively snippet in the new signature editor.
