Yes! Hively provides real time feedback from your customer ratings. So if there’s an issue you know right away instead of finding out months down the road when it may be too late. It also lets you know right away if you’re doing a good job. Getting positive feedback throughout the day is a great motivator.

The notification that goes out also includes the points earned, details of the customer that left the rating and where the team member is currently ranked on the leaderboard.

 

Customer rating notifications are turned on by default. To change this and turn them off simply select Notifications from the main menu and toggle the icons to off next to ‘Customer Rating’.
