Choose a smiley set
Account administrators on paid plans can open Configuration → Smileys and choose Set as default beside an available set. The selected set supplies Hively’s rating images for your account.
Keep the meanings clear: Happy, Satisfied and Unhappy should be distinguishable without relying only on color. Review the WOW image where used.
Upload your own set
Select Add Smiley Set, give the set a name and upload the images requested by the form. Use PNG files at least 150px wide and 150px high. Square images with consistent dimensions and padding are the easiest to keep visually aligned.
Submit the set and select it as the default if it is not already selected. Check the images at their smaller signature size as well as on the rating page; fine detail can disappear when reduced.
Update existing signatures
A newly selected smiley set does not replace images already pasted into people’s email signatures. Obtain fresh snippets and replace the installed copies, including any centrally managed integration template.
