Where can I find my invoices and account’s history?
Whenever a new charge is applied by Hively an invoice will be sent to your account’s billing contacts. By default, this will be the Account Admin that created your account, but you can update this or add additional billing contacts on the Profile page, available to Account Admins from the main menu. Billing Contacts don’t need to be Hively users, just an email address is required. If you need more than one billing contact, just add more email addresses with a comma between each.
Your account’s billing history is available to Account Admins by selecting Account History from the main menu under the Account heading. For billing periods prior to August 2017, please contact support and we’ll be happy to help.
Invoices can be downloaded from the Account History section and saved in PDF format.
