Can a customer leave more than just a happiness rating?

Yes indeed! Hively is designed to allow your customers to quickly and easily provide users with one click, feedback whenever they choose. However, your customers can also provide additional detail on their ratings if they choose.

Customers can also provide:

  1. Their name
  2. Their email
  3. Additional comments to support their rating

When your customers get an email or rating request from one of your users they can indicate their happiness with one click. By clicking on either the – Happy (green happy face), Satisfied (yellow satisfied face), or Unhappy (red unhappy face) your user’s service is instantly rated. After a customer clicks on a rating type their happiness rating will be immediately recorded and the score for this user is updated.

When a customer indicates their happiness rating they are taken to the customer rating page. On this page they can see the rating preference they’ve selected. If they take no further action their rating is recorded (if you allow anonymous ratings for your account) and no other details are supplied. However, if they prefer, your customers can also provide additional detail (name, email address, and additional comments) on their rating and/or change their rating. If they take either of these actions and click submit, this information overwrites the previously recorded rating. This means that the new details will be supplied and/or their rating will be changed.

Customers can also indicate if you ‘WOW’d’ them by clicking the WOW badge on a Happy rating.
