Before changing your plan
Sign in as an account administrator and open Account → Subscription. Review the current plan, renewal date and available options before selecting an action.
If your account uses manual invoicing or has a specially agreed arrangement, contact support first. The standard subscription controls use the card-billing workflow; they are not a request for a manual invoice.
Upgrade from Free
Choose the monthly or annual option you want and select Subscribe. Follow the payment steps shown if a card is needed.
This is a purchase action, not a preview. An upgrade from Free starts the paid subscription and attempts to charge it immediately. Review the plan and billing period before confirming. If an error appears, check the resulting subscription and invoice status or contact support before trying repeatedly.
Change an existing paid plan
A change from an existing paid plan is scheduled for the end of the current billing period rather than taking effect immediately.
After choosing the new plan, check the Plan change to … scheduled for … notice on Subscription. It identifies the pending plan and date. The current plan remains in effect until the scheduled change is applied.
The Cancel action in that notice cancels the pending plan change. It does not close your account or cancel your current subscription. If the notice or date does not match what you expected, contact support.
Downgrade to Free
On Subscription, choose Free plan, review the downgrade dialog and confirm with Downgrade only when you want that change.
The paid-plan change is scheduled for renewal. Free has a three-user limit and fewer features; review your team and any paid features first. Scheduled reports are stopped when the downgrade is applied. If you have more than three users or are unsure how the change will affect your setup, contact support before confirming.
A downgrade keeps the account. Cancel account closes the account and removes access immediately. For a billing adjustment or refund question, contact support and refer to the terms; changing plans does not itself promise a refund.
