No worries! You can have the personal email snippet for a user sent to them through Hively (via email) or access it directly in their account.

In your user summary data display (found either on the Leaderboard or the user’s My Ratings page), you will see an ‘Actions’ dropdown. Click this and you will find a link titled “Get Email Snippet.” Click this and a pop up will appear displaying the users signature snippet. Simply click the button at the bottom of the pop up that reads “Email instructions to this user.” They will then receive an email with instructions for inserting their snippet into their email. In addition, you can simply cope and paste this signature from the pop up.
