Thanks buttons enable you to link to relevant items or pages you want to share with your customers. Hively enables you the ability to create custom Thanks buttons for your thanks page. After a customer gives you a rating they are taken to the ‘Thanks Page’. On this page, you can create buttons with labels and links to things like:
You can create different Thanks buttons based on the rating type the customer provided. For example, you might want different Thanks buttons for Happy ratings than you do for Unhappy ratings.
