By default, yes however you can restrict the level of access from the Profile page, accessible from the main menu under the Account heading. From here you can set a different level of Team Member Access.

With the default setting team members can see the details of every rating on any individual team member’s page. This view will show you all the ratings you’ve received, organized by month. The details include:

• Rating type
• Rating points
• Date of rating
• Contact info and additional comments of the person that gave the rating (if they provided such information). Otherwise the rating will be labeled anonymous.

You can get to this page in several ways.

1. When you login as a team member this will be first page you land on
2. In the top navigation click on the ‘My Ratings’ tab
3. On the Leaderboard every team member has a summary display area. In the ‘More’ dropdown there is a link that says ‘Show Detail’. Clicking on this will take you to your ratings page.
