How do you do this?

If you are a user for one team and want to be a user of another, you simply need to be invited by an Account Administrator. To be clear though, if you are invited to be a user in different teams with different email addresses you will need to access each of these accounts separately, with separate login credentials and separate email addresses.

Why ?

The primary reason is because your personal email snippet within Hively is tied to your email address. You can only have one email signature in your email and therefore only one personal email signature snippet through Hively. If you are a part of multiple teams within the same company and want to keep the ratings specific to those teams, you will need to be added to the different teams by an Account Administrator. You’ll also need to have separate email addresses for each team and access the different Hively through those separate emails.

1. Select Manage Users from the main menu under the User heading.
2. In the right-hand pane, click ‘Remove’ next to the User you want to delete.
3. Confirm that really want to do this

The user is now deleted.

1. Select My Settings from the main menu under the User heading. Here, you can change your name, email address, password.
2. Change your name and click the Update Name button.

Once they receive their notification, your team members simply need to set their password and they can access Hively. If you don’t want team members to be notified right away, simply uncheck the ‘Send set up instructions’ checkbox. You can always send the instructions again at a later time.

Account Administrators: Account Administrators are the account owners. These people are most likely managers, directors, executives, company owners etc. Account Administrators have the ability to:

• Set up and edit all the Team level settings and information, add Users and Team Leaders, select subscription plan options, customize customer messages, style branding pages, etc.
• Ability to see detailed rating information for every member of their team.
• View customer and team satisfaction data, trends and detailed ratings.
• Request ratings for Users.
• Set the default rating snippet option for the team.
• By default, Account Administrators are also Users in the same account so as to enable them to receive and measure client happiness data on their own performance. Account Administrators can remove themselves as Users if they do not wish to participate as a User and receive customer feedback.
• The name of the Account Administrators is displayed in the team summary data area on the dashboard.

Team Leaders: Team Leaders manage individual teams within Hively. Team Leaders have the ability to:

• Ability to see detailed rating information for members of their team or teams.
• View customer and team satisfaction data, trends and detailed ratings for their team or teams.
• Team Leaders can be Team Leaders of multiple teams.
• Participate as a member of a team.

Users: Users are participants of a Team account and can only be added by Account Administrators. These people are most likely customer service, sales, training or account management representatives. Users have the ability to:

• Control and edit their own individual accounts.
• View the summary information for their Team and other users.
• View their own summary and detailed rating information. They cannot view the detailed rating information for any other User.
• Request ratings directly from customers.

Once there, you can add users by:

1. Entering users one by one. Click Add Users, then fill out the name and email address.
2. Entering them in bulk. To do this click Add Users, then set the toggle from Single to Bulk and type user information into the text box on the left side. Enter users one per line in the convention of ‘name, email’ (without the ‘quotes’). Example: john, john@acmestaffing.com or John Jones, jon@acmeinc.com
3. Copying from another document. If you have a list of users in another document (Word, Excel, etc.) listed in the convention of ‘name, email’ (without the ‘quotes’) (Example: john, john@acmestaffing.com) set the toggle from Single to Bulk, copy your list of users and paste it directly into the users text box. Be sure there is only one user per line in your list.

How many users can you add?

You can have up to a total of three users on the free tier. On paid plans, there is no limit to the number of users you can add. If you’re on a monthly plan, your new number of users will be reflected in your monthly charge. For annual plans, a charge will be generated when the user is added for the remaining months until renewal. Then, when your annual plan renews, the new user will be charged along with the other users on your account.
