			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No problem. Account Administrators have the ability to delete ratings of users.</p>
<p>Why would this ever be necessary?</p>
<ul>
<li>Often times new Hively users &#8220;practice&#8221; by giving themselves and their users ratings during their trial period. However, you won&#8217;t want these ratings displaying or affecting scores when you&#8217;re ready to use Hively in production.</li>
<li>Because your users can get rated with every email there may be times when users receive unintentional ratings. Or, perhaps a friend of a user got a work email and gave a them a rating or comment that was not appropriate.</li>
<li>You know those difficult customers? No, not those &#8211; the really, really difficult and impossible to please customers. Well, the users assigned to these customers might get a lot of negative, unjustified ratings. If this happens, your users can make the case that these ratings shouldn&#8217;t be included in their score and ask you to remove them. As the Account Administrator, it&#8217;s your call.</li>
</ul>
<p>Because of all these reasons (and most likely a few others), we&#8217;ve made it easy for Account Administrators to delete ratings for users.</p>
<p>As the Account Administrator, find the user you&#8217;re looking for on your Leaderboard and click on their name to view their ratings. Next to the rating you want to delete, click the &#8216;More&#8217; menu and select &#8216;Delete rating&#8217;. Once you click to delete you will be asked to confirm this deletion request (we wouldn&#8217;t want you accidentally deleting the wrong rating!). After confirming deletion, the rating will be removed and associated rating points will be dismissed from all totals.</p>
<p>You can also delete any rating you choose from the &#8216;All Ratings&#8217; page.</p>

<p>With the default setting team members can see the details of every rating on any individual team member&#8217;s page. This view will show you all the ratings you&#8217;ve received, organized by month. The details include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Rating type</li>
<li>Rating points</li>
<li>Date of rating</li>
<li>Contact info and additional comments of the person that gave the rating (if they provided such information). Otherwise the rating will be labeled anonymous.</li>
</ul>
<p>You can get to this page in several ways.</p>
<ol>
<li>When you login as a team member this will be first page you land on</li>
<li>In the top navigation click on the &#8216;My Ratings&#8217; tab</li>
<li>On the Leaderboard every team member has a summary display area. In the &#8216;More&#8217; dropdown there is a link that says &#8216;Show Detail&#8217;. Clicking on this will take you to your ratings page.</li>

Account administrators can see the details of each rating for all team members, team leaders can see the details of ratings of members of their own team or teams. Each team member can also see the details for each of their individual ratings.</p>
<p>We built Hively in the spirit of positive competition. If all of your team members are competing to get the highest customer happiness score possible then you&#8217;re customers (and ultimately your team) wins.</p>
<p>Many customer feedback systems fail to give the data they gather to the people that need it most &#8211; the ones interacting with the customers. By directly providing team members with their feedback and giving them comparative team information, they can easily see where they need to improve or what they should continue to do to stay in the lead!</p>
<p>With that said, if you would like to restrict the level of access a user has to ratings data, this can be done by selecting Profile from the main menu under the Account heading. From here you can select a different Team Member Access setting.</p>
