How do my team members get access to Hively?

When you add team members to Hively they are automagically notified that they can access their account. The email sent to them provides them information on Hively, who invited them, and what they need to do next. It also sends them their email signature snippet to get started.

Once they receive their notification, your team members simply need to set their password and they can access Hively. If you don’t want team members to be notified right away, simply uncheck the ‘Send set up instructions’ checkbox. You can always send the instructions again at a later time.

What is the difference between a Team and an Account in Hively?

Accounts and teams can be set up in Hively. All of your users belong to the one account in Hively, but they can be separated into multiple teams.

You may want to set up teams in order to separate your employees by department. Alternatively, you may manage more than one brand within your account, or support customers in different languages or regions. You can assign different people to have different roles (team leader or user) within each team.
