Hively tracks the high score (customer happiness score) for each team member and your team as a whole. On the leaderboard page you can view the high score for your team in the team summary area. You can also view it for each individual team member in their summary area on the leaderboard and team member detail pages.

The high score is displayed to highlight the highest score achieved within a 7 day and a 30 day period. Hively keeps track of the highest score ever earned within these periods. The ‘last 7 days’ and ‘last 30 days’ filter views are running totals and constantly move based on the current date. Hively counts points earned from today’s date back for 7 and 30 days respectively. The highest score ever earned in a ‘last 7 days’ or ‘last 30 days’ period lets you see your all time high score. This gives a benchmark to constantly try and improve upon in terms of team and individual customer happiness scores.


The High Score will first become visible once you receive your first rating. The first 7 day high score calculation will be totaled after your first 7 day period using Hively. The same is true for your first 30 day period.
