Hi Steve,

We don't block an entire IP address from leaving multiple ratings. The reason being because a large organization might have multiple people providing feedback to members of your team. Therefore, we thought it was better to allow that.

However, if an individual gives a rating to one of your team members that individual is prevented from providing additional feedback (ratings) from the same transaction in a 24 hour period.

Yes, if you a team member gets 5 or more ratings from the same IP address we mark those ratings with a [!] Warning sign. Hovering over this symbol will reveal the IP address of the customer leaving the rating, as well as the number of ratings left from this person and this IP address.

Let us know if you feel the way this works addresses the issue.

I'd like to know whenever a rating from the same IP Address is credited to a team member. Our personal preference would be to block multiple IP attempts within a 24 hours period.

In the mean-time, is there any way for team leaders to see how many times a rating was given by the same IP Address? Thanks.
