Each user gets a unique rating snippet (they actually have several to chose from in the rating snippet gallery) they can insert anywhere HTML is accepted – email, CRM, ticket tracker, website, etc. For example, if a user has a rating snippet in his/her email signature, every time they send an email the recipient can provide a rating. In doing so, Hively knows the rating came from this specific snippet and associates it to the appropriate user.
