is there any way to customize the fields a customer is required to fill out?
Here is an example: I don’t want to force a customer to leave the complete contact information every time he/she gives a rating. We would only need a single info - the corresponding trouble ticket number. Ideally we could restrict the mandatory field &quot;ticket number&quot; to satisfied and unhappy ratings. Is that possible?
