Simple enough.
First, you must be the logged in as an Account Administrator to do this. Account Administrators are the only ones with payment access.
Select Subscription from the main menu under the Account heading. From there, click on the Edit Card button and enter your card details.

To update or change your credit card information do the following:

Logged in as as Account Administrator, select Subscription from the main menu
Click the ‘Edit Card’ button
Fill out your new credit card info

Your subscription plan will now be charged on this new card, the next time your subscription is due.

How do I reset my password

Forgot your password? No problem. Resetting it is easy.

Go to the Hively login page: https://secure.teamhively.com/login

On this page you will see a link that says ‘Forgot Password?’ Click this link and enter your email on the next screen (the same email you use with your Hively account).

Now check your email inbox. You will an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Simply click on the link in the email and create your new password on the page.

You can change your subscription plan at any time should the needs and size of your team change.

Hively subscription pricing plans are simple. You have two options – Free or Premium. The free version is for small teams of up to 3 people and provides a limited feature set. The premium version allows for unlimited users and our full feature set. The premium version is $15/mo + $2/mo/user.

For example, if you have 10 users the monthly price for Hively is $35/mo.

We also have annual pricing options and offer a 10%+ discount for these plans. For annual plans the price is $13/mo + $1.80/mo/user. For example, if you have 10 users and choose to pay annually, the monthly price for Hively would equate to $31/mo (paid annually at $372).

Team branding and wording on the customer rating and customer thanks pages
Complete customer happiness & team performance data
Send direct rating requests to multiple recipients

How do I cancel my account?

If you want to cancel your Hively account, you can do so as follows:

Only Account Administrators can cancel or delete accounts.
Select Profile from the main menu under the Account heading.
Click the Cancel Account button. Clicking this will display a confirmation message. Once confirmed, your Hively account will be cancelled.
