You will also see this data for each of your users and each of you will be ranked on a leaderboard according to your customer happiness score. The user with the top score is listed at the top and their number is in green. Your position is indicted with a yellow box around your number.

You can choose to receive this email daily or weekly or opt to turn the notification off altogether.
