What if a user didn’t receive their rating snippet and instructions via email?

If one of your users didn’t receive their rating snippet and instructions via email try the following:

  1. Have them check their spam folder to see if the email was placed there.
  2. Be sure to white label and/or add the Hively domain to your contacts @teamhively.com.
  3. You can resend the Hively email containing the user’s rating snippet and instructions to them again. To do this, find the user on the Hively Leaderboard. Click the ‘Actions’ dropdown and then the ‘Get Rating Snippet’ link. In the window that appears you’ll see a button that says ‘Send email and instructions’. Clicking this button will resend the snippet/instructions email to the user.
