Whenever a new charge is applied by Hively an invoice will be sent to your account’s billing contacts. By default, this will be the Account Admin that created your account, but you can update this or add additional billing contacts on the Profile page, available to Account Admins from the main menu. Billing Contacts don’t need to be Hively users, just an email address is required. If you need more than one billing contact, just add more email addresses with a comma between each.

Your account’s billing history is available to Account Admins by selecting Account History from the main menu. For billing periods prior to August 2017, please contact support and we’ll be happy to help.

Invoices can be downloaded from the Account History section and saved in HTML format, which can be converted to other formats if needed. For instance, by opening an invoice in Chrome, selecting Print and specifying PDF as the Destination, you can save your invoice as a PDF file. If you require a different format, just let us know and we’ll be happy to make a suggestion.
